CRITICAL SYLACAUGA AREA HFH BOARD OPENING
This is a volunteer position
Treasurer is a member of the executive committee of the board.
Some Duties Include:
Receive, deposit and account for all monies
Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks and Keystone accounting systems.
Maintain Homeowners Mortgage files to include notifying Secretary when delinquent letters are due.
Provide financial reports and bank reconciliations for monthly SAHFH Board meetings.
Prepares reports for HFHI, AFHA Lockton Insurance, etc., and our board as required.
Must be eligible for bonding and remain bonded during the duration of tenure as SAHFH treasurer.
